This was meant to happen. This goes to show something about a specific nation. I won't say what, I won't say which, but just let that sink in.

VOTING CLOSED 42/44 countries have voted +2 replacements
Thank you so much to all the countries that voted in time.
Time to single out some people.
In Semi-Final 1, San Marino (HoD: Bas ) failed to vote in time; they were even online by the time of the deadline, yet no votes were sent. The player will receive a strike. Thankfully, . has provided replacement votes. I also thank Queen of Mean (Inactive) for providing replacement votes, which will not be used due to enough players voting. [The use of replacement votes depend in the order I receive them.]
In Semi-Final 2, Sweden (HoD: αndreas ), which is also automatically qualified, failed to vote in time. No strike will be given this time. Please let me know when you are going to be active. If you're still inactive next edition, I will give a strike if you fail to vote in time, even worse if you don't vote in the Grand Final. This is the third edition in a row you haven't voted in time for a Semi-Final. Thankfully, Tufkai has provided replacement votes. . also provided replacement votes, which will not be used because enough players voted.
Let's be honest. If you are going to participate and send an entry, I expect you to vote.
In other news, I've made some rule additions in regards to borrowing countries. ARTISTS:
- Borrowing countries can only claim artists from the countries they are borrowing from if they have less than two albums, less than three EPs, and less than five singles/music videos in their entire discography as an artist. Another limitation is if their debut single has been out for at least one year. The above rules are still applicable to the borrowing countries, but this special rule is exclusive to them to maintain the realism aspect. Provide me with links to their discography if possible.
- The HoD of the country being borrowed from has every right to make exceptions if there is a HoD for that country. The borrowing country and the country being borrowed from must communicate with each other for these exceptions to be made. If there is silence from either of the two HoD's, then nothing goes through and no exceptions will be made.
- TL;DR - Borrowing countries can borrow new and unknown artists, unless exceptions are made.
- I'm making this really complicated, huh?
(Something like San Marino's entry this edition is acceptable. Even though she's Italian, it's her debut single, and she's new to the music industry.)
ENTRIES:
- Borrowing countries are not allowed to organize any form of a National Selection. This is to prevent borrowing countries from having too much power in the selection of their entries. From this point on, internal selections can be made.
(I noticed this with Andorra's NS for the current edition. It was weird to me how Andorra could have an NS of song from multiple countries. A little much, don't you think? )
I'll try to get Semi-Final results up ASAP.

I don't really get the unknown artists rules for borrowing. I don't think they're very realistic. If you look at the history of and in Eurovision, I would argue that the Luxembourg entries were often more well known than the French ones. Even though Luxembourg didn't hold NS's very often, they usually had artists from many countries. One single selection had artists from and . That's just my opinion btw.
