Belgium has a few announcements to make! 1) We've been searching all around the country for a city prepared enough to host IMF. Wow, so much searching... ^^' We could really use a map. The shortlisted cities are: Namur, Charleroi, Antwerp, Gent, Brussels, Bruges, Anderlecht, Mons, Mechelen, Elsene, Aalst, Kortrijk, and Mouscron. So basically almost every city in Belgium. The limits were: The host city must be a city. 2) Belgium announces a national memorial day - The 24th of November will, from now on, be a very sad day for our nation. This day marks the terrible event that occurred in Malawi that day, Belgium's victory in NNMC. A statue will be built in the city of Gent in memory of the Belgian win. It will be named the Champs Elysée. It's made so the people of Belgium remember what a horrible win they won. Loïc Nottet himself said: "I can't believe I let you down. So sorry for flopping at flopping, guys. You keep judging me, with your million eyes." He sure isn't aware of the population of Belgium if he thinks only a million eyes are watching him. Pfft. Ameteur. 3) Belgium declares war on Malawi... For obvious reasons. 4) A new "Tintin" episode is published for the first time in many years. It describes the irony of the Belgian win in NNMC #9. Media reports say that people keep on reading it and bursting into tears. 5) Eighteen Belgian delegation members quit after the mentioned victory. We are still trying to understand how this happened because the delegation includes just 4 ppl K bi u flops.

Turkmenistan is considering a withdrawal from the contest. This is because Belgium won, obviously.Actually my main source of Turkmen songs, Turkmen Owazy, closed their youtube channel. In othr words, all my ''candidates'' are deleted videos now. Now without an official Turkmen music channel, if finding good songs from Turkmenistan was already insane hard, now it just became even harder. This is not a withdrawal yet, the research keeps going and I'm thinking about it

JAPAN
ARTIST PIKOTARO
SONG "PPAP (LONG ver.)"
I don't think this is the offical channel of the creator I looked through the channel. It certainly looks like it. The original viral video of PPAP (~90M views as of today) is from this channel.
I would also like to point out that certain joke entries have done well in contests. - "Gangnam Style" has done well in several contest before, even managing to win one. (What the heck though? ) - And didn't Romania win IMF with "Pe cimpoi"? Japan isn't necessarily going to flop if we have the right set of people participating.
