I think the Philippines can finally get into top 10 this time. Possible winners for me are:  Belgium,  the Philippines,  Taiwan,  the Czech Republic,  Norway and  Moldova. |

 Lithuanian JURY fingers are crossed for Belgium, while Televoters for Taiwan the most. *don't take it as my  and  , cause well, no, they aren't my TOP2* |
