Don't know about the others but I had personally completed my ranking video before the EBU statement came. Apart from that, it is still not 100% officially confirmed that  Russia won't take part in this year's contest.  It's 100% confirmed that she won't be the Russian representative, however. Well, I also doubt  Russia will eventually participate this year to be honest as I don't think they'll be searching for any other artist...  |

Such a shame for Yulia tbh  that is just wrong imo to ban her from entering but oh well I thought ESC was supposed to be a contest to unite all of us and not to include politics or bad relations there  As EBU said it goes against the very nature of the contest which is sad  |
