The strikes system has been applied once again.
Poland received 1 strike point, because of not having voted in their Semi Final.Moreover,
Japan has received ½ strike point as they did not vote in the Grand Final, despite their non-qualification.

Norway received 1 strike point, because of not having voted in the Grand Final, despite having qualified there.
Japan now has 2½ strike points and any new strike within the next 5 editions will lead them to being banned from participating for 1 edition, with the country available to anyone else who might want to join the contest. 
United Kingdom completed 5 editions without any strikes and hence, their ½ strike point gets removed.
Costa Rica has been added to the table. 
Bosnia & Herzegovina has been added to the table. 
El Salvador, 
Ireland and the 
United States received 1 strike point each, the former 2 due to not having voted in their Semi Final and the latter because of failing to vote in the Grand Final, despite taking part there. 
China received ½ strike point as they did not vote in the Grand Final, despite their non-qualification.
