Hello dear participants!
Special edition #30 is coming soon and I need your ideas. For the ones who weren't participating in #10 and #20, we had to send songs that were released the year we were born (including a year before and after) and pre-90s. Therefore, I would like to ask you to suggest something that's not year/deacade/time based, for the sake of diversity.
Don't forget that participants are from all around the world, so nothing too specific (e.g. Eurovision artists).
Make sure to read all the suggestions and if you like them, give them a like. The posts with the most likes will (if they work for all participants) get a spot in the poll.
Thanks in advance.
Suggestions:
• "best of" Sending the artist with the best result again • A song not in official language • "In The Loving Memory" sending an artist that has passed away, as a tribute to them • Multilingual songs. Song should be in at least one other language. • An act (singer, group) featuring an artist from a different country

My ideas: - only songs from 2006 or 2007 - a song of an artist who took part in WWWSC - another song of the artist who got the best place of the respective country in RWWWSC (e.g. Scorpions, Lou Bega, Juli or ATC for Germany) - themes will be randomly drawn and you have to send a song which fits to it (e.g. Germany's theme is "Change" -> "Wind of Change") - only unknown old songs and not (inter)national superstars

How about songs not in any of our official languages? Something as in WWWSC #10 but just without the restriction of not being able to use English (although you could set that as a restriction too). I guess it would be interesting as most old songs were performed in the artist's official language, aiming just to become well-known to their natives. Aiming a spot in a wider music industry came some years afterwards with songs mostly recorded in English.

Songs from the 2000s or the 90s only? I know not so creative lol, but we already had pre-90s so maybe the opposite now.

My suggestions would be:
- "In The Loving Memory" sending an artist that has passed away, as a tribute to them. - Bilingual songs. It can have just a few words in another language. No other restrictions (can be English and native).

How about Laurinda gives us all a different theme each? For example: Cyprus' theme is 'A song about Love' France's theme is 'Colour' Germany's theme is 'A song completely in German' From the suggestions so far I like the idea of sending a song in tribute to a deceased singer. Or songs not in their native language.

- a song that has cover version released after/in 2008 (I mean, we use the original pre-2008 version) - may be 1 cover or multiple, but all those covers have to be released after 2008.

I already said an "In a Loving memory of ___" edition but it would be also noted that.the artist shouldn't be an.international star like Michael Jackson, Amy Winehouse etc. My other idea would be artists who started their career at a young age
