DANSK MELODI GRAND PRIX 17Announcement Thread
The seventeenth edition of Dansk Melodi Grand Prix will be held to select the
Danish entry for the upcoming twenty-second edition of the North Vision Song Contest.

March 2017: Final Results
THE FORMATThe format of the selection will revert back to the original format that was used between
the fourth and eleventh editions, meaning that the super-final round will be dropped and
instead only a final will be held with ten acts competing in it. The most voted song will
be crowned as the winner and therefore the Danish representative in the North Vision Song Contest.
THE ENTRIESThe broadcaster has selected ten songs for this edition and the artists and
their songs both will be presented on the same day; on 25 February 2017.
The ten selected entries will compete in the final of the selection and the
most voted will be crowned as the winner and the Danish representative in the contest.

THE VOTINGThe voting system will be the same as in Northvision.
The countries will have to give 12, 10 and 8 to 1 to the ten participating songs.
All countries, including the non participants, are allowed to vote in the selection.
However, votes of non-participants will be combined to make up the "Rest of the World" jury.
