If you're not familiar, I started a new format, in the following lines you can learn how it works. If you already know, you can skip it until after the grey line.
Each edition will have a theme which will be described with key words.
I will pick two (of my favourite) songs that belong to those key words.
You will be presented with a shortlist of songs (that also fit to the key words).
Each contestant is allowed (not obliged) to "save" or give one song from that list a chance in the National Selection.
You are also allowed to suggest something else (but it must fit to the theme).
One contestant can "save" only one song but can also ask others to save a certain song or more.
Songs will later be voted for in a poll.
If you're not interested in listening to the 10 songs and/or saving them, you can wait 3 days, where the saved songs will be presented in a recap and fight to represent Slovenia in 52nd edition.
Attention!! New rule: Up to 8 songs can be saved/suggested, so a maximum of 10 songs in the National Selection.
After the successful first NS with the new format (I'm not saying this because of the qualification, but because I got more votes than ever and I'm happy how it all turned out), we are starting with a new one.
The key words for this one are:
fun, dancing, electronic, up-beat
