Will you vote for her just being in the wheelchair? I will vote for her the reason isnt only because she is in the wheelchair the reason is that I really love the song If you like the song,it's your theme.I disagree that i should vote for her just being in the wheelchair, because every single person is a hero from the moment he stands in front of so many people...and yeah i know what Russia is trying to do.

Ooh, this is so hard to rate =/ On the one hand she's really gorgeous and I appreciate her going to Eurovision. But on the other hand, I guess, the least thing a disabled person wants is special treatment. So I'm being honest, the pronunciation is really off-putting. Also song-wise and vocal-wise I think this is weaker than Monika Kuszynska. It will qualify for sure though and will enter the top 20. I'm giving her points and wish her all the best.

I have great respect for her, but she's clearly being used to combat any boos (and there probably will still be boos) and it's unfortunate that the Russian delegation has basically stooped to emotional manipulation. Many complained about 1944 being "political" but this clearly has ulterior motives.
It doesn't help that the song is the blandest thing on Earth and she can't speak English.

This is definitely staying in the semis. I'm also quite disappointed in the fact that they can do so much better but instead resort to sympathy votes because they know they would get booed in Kyiv this year and so send a vulnerable young woman in order to appease the crowd I admire Julia herself though Couldn't have said it better. It upsets me how the Russian broadcaster uses her story in order to find symphaty. Physical pain is not poetic, and definitely not a means of getting by without being booed for inhumane actions.

The biggest problem I have with this is Julia's diction - there have been entries over the years where the singers have strong accents in their singing but this is probably the worst example of it, sadly. About the song itself, it's a MOTR ballad that is nice, but nothing much more than that. I don't know why but this actually gives me JESC vibes About the fact that Julia is in a wheelchair, I am going to feel really sorry for her if she is booed endlessly in Kyiv (which I sadly believe is going to be inevitable). Although I admire her for being courageous to represent her country in Ukraine where there is going to be a lot of bad blood, I hope she's tough as nuts because she's going to have a real hard time. I can definitely see a hidden motive behind this and for that I am ashamed at the Russian delegation. If this was the best song submitted then I stand corrected but I doubt it was.

Very obvious strategy from the Russian delegation... sending a handicapped singer in order to avoid the booing The whole thing is a 'no' from me, sorry I hope Russia will stay for the first time in the semis this year

idk this reminds me of a classic esc ballad and I love it tbh idgaf If it has a secret motive It is kinda emotional I am sure I would love it even if she isn't in a wheelchair I hope she doesn't get booed, people should really not boo anyone no matter from what country they come from cause after all that person doesn't have even 1% Of country's politician status.Artist is there to shown her music.I think no one deserves to be booed(No matter of their mental and physical health).I hope she doesn't get booed at all, people should become tolerant and stop doing that, I Hope this year they will :/
