can i learn your secrets on how to find such good songs from such countries? the only one i REALLY loved were Ra Rengum and Smiich Di Eil That’s not a big secret. Oceanian countries are quite hard to find. If you are lucky enough to find a channel on YouTube with their music then you’re saved. Otherwise, it’s almost impossible (at least for me) to find non-typical Pacifican songs. I tried every kind of searches on google and they led me to nothing (unless that country has one non-native singer with roots from other countries). It’s just a matter of luck I guess. But honestly I don’t know how Kiribati has bunch of songs while countries like Marshall Islands barely have something. I guess it’s also because of the region they come from, I noticed it’s much easier to find songs from Polynesian region (which is the most populated) than from Micronesia (which is the least populated and includes , the ones I never found really great songs from yet).

Not gonna lie, if you didn’t allow New Caledonia to participate, I’d have taken The Maldives. They had a surprisingly long run in ICMF. Someone please take them back

Listen to 1 song and click on the other song on the right side/search page or randomly listen songs from the channel I found. But tbh, I usually find song for my countries ( ) and other sometimes, some song that I suggested are actually song that I accidentally found while finding song from those countries lol. Also, I do song searching quite a lot because I usually feel like ‘I want more’ ‘I want better songs than this’ ‘This is not enough’

but..... aren't allowed to participate... They probably are but I think they should be allowed in OAmSC instead (they are in Oceania but have close ties to US, and they are next to Guam).
