I also have braces Does it really hurts when you remove them? Then that makes us two guys with braces ;D but I didn't know you have one. Well, I don't remove them, I just let my dentist adjust or "tighten" it every month as she prescribed me to do so. And every month, my mouth feels like I've been removed a set of teeth for like 2-3 days (ouch). However, the results are remarkably visible even just a few hours after the adjustment.  |
