I felt like I let down people.. When I said I'd do things and I don't, even if they say ''It's ok!'' I still feel like i let them down. Specifically my friend.. I said I'd download a game because all my other 5 friends are there, but my laptop runs at prehistoric speed, I have a feeling that I let him down in a sense. |

And it was only thinking that I did let them down, but other than that, in other ways, when I promised to do something and I didn't do it, that's when I get this feeling |

And it was only thinking that I did let them down, but other than that, in other ways, when I promised to do something and I didn't do it, that's when I get this feeling It may be worth taking a step back and possibly thinking they're unlikely to get that annoyed over a game  I get similar feelings, and it's easy to worry, but 9/10 they're irrational |
