Despite sleeping the recommended 7 to 8 hours last night, I still feel so tired, as if I have no energy in me and I feel weak and meh :/

Think they're talking about the Balkan States (I'm not joining in with the racists). Estonia isn't known for its mafia and gang warfare tbh... It's like seeing the Andorran mafia  Well still .. I feel touched somehow  I'd love to go to Estonia it seems like a nice country. Is there a lot of crime or is it like everywhere else? |

Well still .. I feel touched somehow I'd love to go to Estonia it seems like a nice country. Is there a lot of crime or is it like everywhere else? Well I guess it depends on the zone where you live, there are zones you'd call like the most peaceful locations on earth and others which are just too overcrowded  It's just normal anyway, sometimes you can hear about someone being murdered or about a robbery or so, but I guess shit happens everywhere |

You hear about stabbing a in parts of the country but it's mostly in Dundee and Glasgow. I haven't heard of a crime happening in my city for a while |

I miss her so dearly, my best-friend who passed.
I have a constant pain in the side of my side, going from my ear, down to my jaw and up to my the middle of my skull.
I have an underlying infection that I've came back to the UK from Taiwan with in my legs and feet that doesn't seem to be going very quickly as I've had this for about 4 months now.
I've got to drastically lose weight as my Doctor is concerned for my liver, kidneys and general health. I have to had blood tests again tommorow, I had tests last week and somehow my liver has came with with a missing enzyme and I have to change my diet immediately.
I'm unemployed and have family pressuring me to find a job or start work.
I'm just generally not feeling happy like I used to.
