 Hong Kong would probably debut in 2018 as a guest.  Kosovo and  Kazakhstan would probably debut in 2018 as well.  Australia should either confirm or withdraw in the 2018 edition. The EBU would hold an associate member final in December in  Poland, with the winner of the associate member final qualifying for the Eurovision 2018 final in Portugal. |
