That, my friends, is Johnny Manuel. He is an flagamerica American singer who was on America's Got Talent last year, and covered Whitney's "I Have Nothing." His Instagram show him being in Sofia very recently.
Also, I found this video from ESC2017 with a man I believe to be Johnny with a Bulgarian name Valdimir Mihailov. He fits the profile of the second man to the left in the Equinox promo picture.
EDIT: Actually, this isn't Johnny. It's likely Cesar Simpson (Austria 2018) who was a backing vocalist for Bulgaria last year. Vladimir Mihailov was also a backing vocalist for Bulgaria.
Also, Zhana's instragram has changed to match the wig used in the Equinox promo pictures.

The fact that this has been evidently been in the works since last year speaks volume to me, and I'm expecting a lot. This lady here, who apparently was on their internal jury, seems to expect so too. Get hype?
