Austria to participate regardless of result Hours ago, Austria was placed 20th in the OGAE poll but also has been ranked highly within the bettings. This was enough for ORF to confirm their participation for the 39th IMF edition.
It is likely that the entry will be internally selected, however ORF is not ruling out any options at this time.

MONTENEGRO WILL PARTICIPATE Podgorica, Montenegro - After holding a successful national final for the 38th edition, Tri pa jedan za Brisel, with the winner Milena Vučić and her song "Zovi svoje drugove" getting the best reviews of a Montenegrin entry in a very long time, Radio i Televizija Crne Gore (Радио и Телевизија Црне Горe) can confirm that Montenegro will participate in IMF 39! The HoD explains that this decision was taken so early "due to the good reactions to Milena's entry, compared to the low reviews for Slavko's entry in edition 37, which has led to huge confidence amongst Montenegrins for a good result".
It is unknown if "Tri pa jedan za ..." will take place again for the second time, if a bigger selection will be held, or if an internal selection will be held, with Tri pa jedan za Brisel runner up Goga Sekulić telling Serbian TV network RTV Pink that she wants another shot at representing her country of birth, alongside Sandja Đorđević, who publicly has supported her friends Emina Jahović, Luke Black and Milena Vučić and expressed her desire to compete "but only if all qualify", but a few days ago teenager Vasilije Ojdanić has reportedly reported to IMFfans that he has been selected to represent Montenegro in IMF, although RTCG were quick to deny this. Stay tuned for more information!
