As by a mistake, ʜᴇᴀʀᴛ ᴀᴛᴛᴀᴄᴋ got 2 countries:  Netherlands in Boys and  Switzerland in Unders, and she got 2nd place last edition, I let her decide which country she wants and she decided on Switzerland.
Therefore, the Netherlands won't take part this edition. |

I have a question concerning the rules: for the category of Unders, which age counts? The age at the moment the video was released or the age now? If it is the age now, I would like some help, because the only Dominican singer under 25 I found (and I've already searched A LOT) is Melanie Martinez and I would prefer not to use her because:
- She could be considered as overused (I've seen "Mrs Potato Head" many times in contests for example).
- There is none of her songs that I like...

Telecorporacion Salvadoreña (TCS) has confirmed that we will be participating in the 14th edition of The Forum Factor. We had a panel of judges to select our next Salvadoran representative. Today, we can finally announce that our next representative is... Jay Goddi with"Mas Que Amigos"! (1:10-1:35)
