Ooh, I get to be the  host country this time!  But ugh! I have a few songs I want to send, but I'm afraid they might be too unoriginal at this point. (e.g. - "I'm Not Yours," "Love Doesn't Need to Pretend") We'll see what the host country will send.  |

To be honest, I have considered this option because Dominican singers under 25 (that can eventually sing) are as easy to find than an honest man in a convention of politicians. But finally there has been a miracle and I found a singer of 20 years old, not worldwide known, with real roots in the country and who sings a merengue song (which is a dance from Dominican Republic). I've had more luck than the other side of the island (  ) where the quest of a singer under 25 still seems to be unsuccessful. |

Reykjavík, Iceland Ríkisútvarpið (RÚV) is ready to reveal its participant after a lot of speculation and controversy and certain problems, like the false rumors of Thorsteinn Einarsson being the representative, leaked by a website of rumours, which caused problems between candidates that were being conisdered, as they though the election was rigged, a lot of people questioning if Iceland was ready to elect a particupant between the controversy, but thankfully everything panned out alright and we are proud of our entry...
