The nation of Belgium has a record of never losing a war since 1940. (Google it, that's pretty impressive.) But today, this 77-year streak is over. Belgium has lost. Our entry is not approved. We shall send a different entry. Very scorewhoring, if I may add. I do not recommend that you vote for it. But if you do, I'm fine with it. Just don't let us win. NOT AGAIN :,( 24/11/16 Never forget. Also if that's possible could this win be retroactively given to Sweden? |

Wysteria wanted to have  Japan in case チバシゲヒト failed to submit an entry on time, which that person didn't. I made a deal with Wysteria that for this edition, he can have Japan. An entry is already submitted. This means  Portugal will withdraw this edition.
 Cuba and  Singapore failed to submit a proper entry on time. Therefore, they will withdraw this edition.

Based on the poll results, there will be a new semi-finals format, but would it matter anyway since we've got more than 60 countries? Here's how it will go:
SF1: HOST + 1 AQ + 19 SF = 21 voters
SF2: 2 AQ + 19 SF = 21 voters
SF3: HOST + 2 AQ + 18 SF = 21 voters
Yes, I like to make sure all semis have the same number of required voters.
