For a huge amount of players, I'm pleased to have this many votes at the end. Thank you so much for voting, and for some of you, thank you for voting not only in your semi-final, but also in the others.
In the first semi,  Armenia and  Belgium are excused from voting. They are respectively replaced by alexeh and αndreas. Thank you very much.
In the second semi,  Albania's player was inactive within the past two days. alexeh, for being the first to submit replacement votes, will have their vote applied.
In the third semi, everyone voted, so there was no need for replacements. A special thank you to Luiri and inactivo (nq era) for submitting your votes anyway.
With that said, I've received 7-9 sets of extra votes for each semi, mine included. They will be used as Rest of the World votes, and these votes certainly shook up the standings.
Any predictions?
