The 23rd edition will (finally) start. The first semi-final will start on September 21.
Here is the draw of the two semi-finals. Twenty six countries are participating in this edition with thirteen countries in each semi-final. Seven countries from each semi-final will qualify to the grand final.
Bahamas are debuting in this edition. Also Armenia, Azerbaijan, Cuba, Finland, France, Kosovo, Moldova, Nigeria and Sri Lanka returned to the contest while Belarus, Cyprus, Denmark, El Salvador, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Puerto Rico, Romania and Turkey withdrew.
Also 2NE1, Carly Rae Jepsen, Lyndsay, M.I.A., Pitbull, Rita Ora and Safura are the returning artists in this edition.
