The voting was meant to open tonight, but after uploading the recap I realised that I messed up District 9's recap time. It will be re-uploaded tomorrow so stay tuned  Also, one other thing. The rules state that an artist must have been born or raised in the district in order to compete. This edition, District 12 sent an artist who first moved there at 17. I accepted it since they were technically still a child, but starting next edition they must have lived there before the age of 12 (This doesn't affect the exception for people from underwater states) |
