As mentioned above, Google translate doesn't have Turkmen

But also, all her music is uploaded to saylanan.com or jadyly.com , those are the two main Turkmen music publishers and as far as I know, because of how closed the turkmen industry is, those are exclusive to them.

Edit: And on youtube, if you check the people who upload the videos either have a ''Turkmen'' or ''TM'' in their names. Also several are common turkmen music uploaders, I've got to learn them because I've had TKM in another contest for more than a year already

I just saw that there was a date in the first sentence that is a plausible date of birth and the name of the city in the same sentence, which is probably the name of the town where she is born. But the more important thing is that she is on a list of apparently Turkmen singers on a Turkmen site and that many of her videos on YouTube have the mention "Turkmen song". For me, these elements are enough to prove that she can represent Turkmenistan, we are not in "Papers, Please!" (funny game, try it if you don't know it...)
