 DANSKANKSOVA CONFIRMSDURT has confirmed today the nation's participation at the upcoming edition of Fantasia Contest. The HoD stated that the great result in #8 and the positive feedback in #9 boosted the views and made the contest popular in the whole Danskanksova. Thus, the country will once again use "B L E N D" as their way of selecting the entry.
The whole concept of the National Selection is hiding the videos during recaps, in order to ensure that the songs are judged based on their sound and lyrics, not on their visuals.
Just like in the previous edition, the National Selection will consist of 2 semi-finals (one for New-Comers to the Dansk stage, and one for Legends), with 6 songs in each. Only 3 will qualify, making it, once again, 6 artists battling in the final for the Golden Ticket to Fantasia Contest.
In the semi-finals, the voting will consist of 100% Jury expertise, while the winner of the Final will be decided 100% by the Televote.
DURT has already issued invitations to 6 Dansk Legends and opened the submission window for artists and composers to submit their entries to the Dansk broadcaster. People are already betting on the return of Florence and FKA Twigs to the stage, but nothing's sure as of yet.
