It's ironic how it's okay for some people to trash artists/songs but when it's done by someone else it's "disrespectful towards someone's tastes".  |

Okay one of my question is answered now how  qualified whit more than half people siad they hate this song. My only guess is that people who liked it gave it high points and saved it |

My only guess is that people who liked it gave it high points and saved it If you look at the semi final participants, you see that most people who dislike Luxembourg didn't vote in this SF. There are a lot of pop fans who love it and simply didn't comment here I guess. I think the majority dislikes Luxembourg but they got into a very lucky semi final, so good for them  |

I honestly think neither pop nor alt fans should use the "respect other people's taste!!!" argument since both sides keep trashing each other. So does that mean if you like both you can use that argument? If so, then: respect other people's taste!!!  |

I consider myself both pop and alt fan. I love pop that isn't regular pop that we see everyday with basic lyrics and I love songs that have meaningful stuff
both alt and pop can have both but alt gives you more varieties and that is why I love alt a lil bit more
I prefer rock and j-pop over both so lelelel
the thing is that some people here tend to be really hateful towards stuff they hate but when people are hateful towards stuff they love they go with that: Don't judge other people tastes. I think people that are openly judging are more right than people who go with everyone has different tastes and then judge some tastes imo
