  and here is another example of song ruined by trashy drop, anyway the rap parts are unbearable for me as well, the only good part of the song is actually the chorus before the drop I hope they revamp it, but I'm not really sure what can they do |

 There were better options, come on!! It has some good parts like verses or pre-chorus, but the drop is just annoying. In the semifinal I thought I liked it but in the final I realized it has nothing! |

This is my first listen. I'm confused. What the actual fuck?  This is actually nice but the entire composition and performance is confusing me a lot. Does this have a genre? That's gonna get a  from me for now, but has potential to grow. This is the first time I actually realise original languages are getting back into ESC. It's a strong edition so I predict a flop, but who knows. Edit: I just remembered what this looked like to me - A Vilija Matciunaite comeback. |

honey yaaas  (can I give 13 pls) if I can comment only at one thread this'll surely be the one  (and probably the only one as I wouldn't have such nice things to say about our own entry  ) she is sassy, the song is impressive, the performance slays, and overall I just wanna listen to this bop again and again, I hope  Slovenia won't be underrated this time cause seriously the line-up is so weak this deserves at least a Final. |

I love Lea Sirk as a singer, and I appreciate the fact that Slovenia went with Slovenian for ESC since 2014.
But not with this song.
I actually don't mind the verses that much, but it's the gosh damn chorus that ruins the songs potential.
This is basically Czech Republic in a nutshell: it lacks everything. A few electronic clicks, slow drum rolls and a pitched voice going "oh" isn't gonna make me wanna do anything with this song.
It makes me bored. It's a huge shame to see great artists at ESC participate with the completely wrong song. (Freedom from 2017 was fucking fantastic, and the Slovenian people didn't even give it a chance)
Unless they fix that dirge of a chorus, I am sad to say that I cannot support this song in anyway. Good luck Lea Sirk, eitherways, ugh.I'm sure I'll get a lot of hate now, but come on, how can you be bored from a song such lively and sassy as this one. I agree with your comment about Freedom, but I hardly doubt Slovenia would be the one this year who brings boredom to the contest, while like 10 other countries just chose lullabies... Remember, just because it's not "amazingly high quality" like most of the alt songs that trend on the forum nowadays (sarcasm intended  ) it doesn't mean this one isn't an enjoyable, refreshing and stellar entry. opinions are opinions, but the way how you said it made me angry |
