22nd what a bad joke! That would be an apocalyptic result for Bulgaria! I hope that next time, we will be free to get involved in betting odds or not. If you see me one day posting a ranking for betting odds in any contest, you can be sure my account has been hacked. |

UPDATE! Australia is no longer the odds winner, since ending up low on the latest rankings. They are still third, but Greece ends up first, when the UK is second!
More changes in the Top 5, with Uruguay pushing Netherlands on the fifth place.
Most ties were broken, but not the one on the 7th place. However, one more country joins the tie, making it a three-way one. Sweden rises from 14th to 7th!
