 Armenia will not take part!
Despite finishing 18th last edition,  OGAN Armenia has announced today their withdrawal owing to
the internal selection method used in the 24th edition of the North Vision Song Contest. |

and announced that the runner-up of DNS 21 Emila will represent the country with the song "Kimura".
