10 Countries will take for the contest in  Russia but 10 Entries are means a New Record since the Third Edition has only 9 Entries.
Also  South Korea has been withdraw for hosting twice for the OEASC in Seoul and Busan.
I glad to have three countries will return for the contest  Myanmar ,  New Zealand , and  Thailand.
But one delegation from South Korea will return to Myanmar but then there having the new two delegation in New Zealand and Thailand. |
