They both deserved the qualification more than some others :< 
Yay 2nd in the semi! That gap tho. 
I'm actually surprised he beat somebody. And even two of them. 
Didn't see her finishing last and neither did I think she could make it to the PQR). 
Slovenia and together I'd change them with 
Portugal (how did it even surive?) and flagithuania Lithuania.
The non-qualification was already highly unexpected, but seeing it in the Pqr places is even less. 
Albania and especially 
Malta: Yay they survived.
Cyprus, 
the Netherlands and 
Monaco, 
Croatia and 
Andorra: Are all expected Pqr-participatnts whereas I absolutely didn't see Romania there.
