Despite the 12-hour silent extension (and PM's), not everyone was able to vote.
 Norway did not vote in time, so they will get their second strike. Thankfully, Dominic has replacement votes, so no finalist will be disqualified. Vietnam and  Uruguay failed to vote. This means Aliya will her third strike and won't be allowed to participate next edition. chhunter will get their second strike.
EDIT: Forgot to mention that Cyprus voted, but they sent the votes to the wrong person. Their votes will be counted, but they will also get a strike.
Unless Gregory (inactive) has any updates for me from his end, this is how it stands.
UPDATE: I'm a mess. I forgot that  Turkey didn't vote either, but he did request for a replacement, which Dominic has. Looks like Norway voted after all. We also received replacement votes from marioscy. That will be used for Vietnam.
