UPDATE!
After some consideration and discussion with the council, we have decided that because the results will be on a Saturday, we would host a TogetherTube show for the presentation of results.
The planned time is 19:00 CET.
(11:00 AM US Mountain time)
I will attempt to open the chat room half an hour before (if I wake up early enough).
