 THE ROMANIAN SONG Official declaration of the President of the Selection committee:
As you probably know, the actual Romanian delegation will go across the  Ukrainian border next edition. So whatever happens, our collaboration will end up soon. I want to ensure you that if we consider that organising the Ukrainian comeback in this contest will certainly be a great experience, we also want to offer to Romania the best possible future by getting the highest possible ranking this edition. We wish that Romania will come back for edition #32, as strong as before, with a new selection committee.
Now let me introduce the song. Our representative will be Delia Matache, a Romanian personality born in Bucharest in 1982 and who has showed her talent in several domains: fashion (as a model then a designer), dance, TV (notably as judge for X Factor) and, of course, as a singer-songwriter. She released entries in many different styles, from electro pop to soul or R&B. Her lastest song Du-te-ma, a dynamic and fresh pop rock entry, has immediately seduced the jury two months ago.
