So yeah, there was a discussion about this earlier but it would be amazing to get to know everyone's personal tearjerkers in more detail as well 
For me, it has to be this:
I know I stan Beach House to death, but this song really means a lot to me, regardless of who it's by.
The song itself is about the inevitable end of a relationship - personal, romantic or family - and because of this fluidity, it applies to many things in my life (including deaths and a romantic interest) and honestly the first time I heard this I just wept. The song is so bittersweet it hurts.
The final part of the song is as close to religion as I can get tbh
Anyway, it'd be great to know what your saddest songs are, and if you feel comfortable providing a backstory to your choice(s) then feel free!
