Judging from the song alone, I'd say 12. It's a great song, I love it. However, I haven't heard the other entries. The New Zealand entry will likely be in my top 5, though. I love love love this song.

Since North and South Korea were only split up 60-70 years ago, doesn't that mean that most South Korean artists has North Korean roots?

I allow North Korea in WVSC. And what Gary said,it does make sense,but I don't think that many singers of South Korea have/had a relative who stayed in North Korea

North and South Koreans don't see much of a difference. They both label themselves as simply "Koreans."

Btw,a KPOP singer can't participate for North Korea (except if the user shows me the source who tells about his/her NKorean roots)
