The situation is a bit more complicated, because there are different results depending on the source you use. According to some sites like her Wikipage in Russian she is born in Tula, Russia. According to other sites, she is born in Petropavl [Kazakh spelling]/Petropavlovsk [Russian spelling] in Kazakhstan. There are also divergent information about her birthday: 9 March 1990 or 9 March 1991. So there is a mistake somewhere... What we can be sure is that her name is Kristina Serkisian and that she comes from a family of circus artists. With their work, they traveled a lot before they settled up in Tula. Then Kristina might actually be born in Kazakhstan but in that case, she wouldn't have stayed there a very long time. But we can also see that her family name is Armenian and according to her Russian Wikipage, their Armenian roots are confirmed. I also found an article about her on a site called Panarmenian.com where they also claim her Armenian roots: www.panarmenian.net/rus/news/252803/Conclusion: I don't know if Kristina Si could represent Kazakhstan but she seems to be eligible for Armenia - which is free.

Serbia reveals their entry for the 40th edition of MSC!
Meet... Sara Jo! Sara Jovanović (or Sara Jo for short) is a Serbian hip-hop singer. She was born in Italy to Serbian Parents.
She rose to fame as a contestant on the second season of "Prvi glas Srbije" where she was part of the group Moje 3. Sounds familiar? That's because they represented Serbia at the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest!
She definitely beats to her own drum, As she forgets all the classic Balkan Pop and Balkan Ballads and brings her own new flavour to the table with her Epic new Hip-Hop track, "Lava".Timeslot: 2:47+ We wish her the very best of luck in the contest!
