Hurricanes? In Denmark? This is news   I only remember Hurricanes coming into land from our West. So it's not that great to be living in the Jutland peninsula  The hurricane was named Decemberorkanen, which gave biggest damage between Esbjerg to Møn. Copenhageners and people living in Northern Jutland were the luckiest ones to get least damage  Also the bridges were closed, so your car wouldn't fly away from the road. |

that may be it. They were bad!! I think the floods were in January or Febuary Yes, they were very bad. Here's a video of an Inland Tsunani during the floods |

Nothing only in the 50ties The Netherlands got mostly flooded almost every country of Scandinavia ,UK ,belgium France and Germany had too help rescue people and help close the dikes again

I don't get many floods, mainly as I live on high ground. Main problems are usually high winds which sometimes damage trees and more. We have small tornadoes and weak earthquakes, but nothing too severe.
