Ruyjinese journalist r**ed and murdered

Ruyjinese authorities are investigating the r*pe and murder of an investigative reporter in the southern city of Vaiko, the second journalist to have been killed in the Ruyjin Republic in 2018.
The body of 30-year-old Toka Oomon, who worked for the independent broadcaster RNR, was found on Friday, 19th October, near a pedestrian alley in an area with heavy vegetation, Ruyjinese state media reported.
Preliminary investigations showed the cause of death was blows to the head and suffocation.

Ruyjinese Interior Minister Juuri Ren described the murder as "exceptionally brutal" and said Oomon was r*ped before she was killed, according to state media. He said the country's top murder investigators had been sent to Vaiko to work on the case.
Investigators are working with a psychology team to produce a profile of the perpetrator but authorities have not yet identified a suspect.
It is not clear if Oomon's murder was related to her journalistic work.
Authorities are working to identify witnesses and potential motives.

SEA FESTIVAL 2018
that was a thing!
This week all  Drevona celebrated Sea Festival. It's thought, that more than a 100 000 people visited country this week.
Week started with traditional dances, national marts. The first well known Drevonan artist, which shown at the Main Stage, was Monique. She presented her new song "Planai", which was sung in Drevonan language. At the evening of Tuesday, 2 Junior Fantasia Song Contest stars - RUEL and  Sera Bullis performed their songs in front of the audience.
Wednesday was even more exciting, as  Prunian artists FJORA and Amaranthe performed in the stage. Thursday was dedicated to our neighbours -  Orangina and  Fordia. Tinashe made unforgetable performance of "All Hands on Deck" in the main stage, leaving the audience speechless. Right after her, another Fantasia star Fleurie performed her hit "Hurricane" in the stage. Performance was really sweet. The bomb of the evening was Venior. All of her performances were amazing.At Friday, the last day of the festival, two Trivanian superstars Enisa and St. Vincent performed. While Enisa was burning the main Unity Bridge in Waygo, St. Vincent performed her hit "Los Ageless" in Wave Arena, Waygo.That was the festival. Amazing, full of creativity, freedom, fresh air, sea, people, happiness.I would like to say huge thanks for Prunian, Oranginan, Trivanian, Fordian HoDs for bringing their artists to this amazing festival.See you next year!

  DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM STARTED
Seeburg - Today the Moly-Boronian Federal Government and the Conferences of Ministers (CoM) for Spatial Planning (MKRO) and Housing (ARGEBAU) announced MB2030 a development program for the states and regions of Moly-Boronia. After being in virtual standstill for the last 10 years, Moly-Boronia has fallen behind in Fantasia in all aspects. Because of that the newly elected Federal Government has decided to start the biggest development program in the countrys history. MB2030 (Moly-Boronia 2030) is a program developed by the MKRO and ARGEBAU as well as other CoMs and has the goal to thoroughly renew and revive the country and its infrastructure. With the last infrastructure program dating back almost 50 years, the infrastructure of the country is in no position to compete with other countries on the continent.
Georg Kössler (Green), Federal Minister for Development said that "MB2030 will see one of the biggest improvements to the lives of our citizens and will hopefully boost tourism to our lovely country."
Johannes Remmel (Green), Chairman of ARGEBAU and Boronian Minister for Housing and Municipal Affairs announced that the first ever green housing complex in the country will be built in the Boronian capital Holthausen and Seeburg will be the first city in the country to get an international airport.
Heiko Kasseckert (CDP), Chairman of MKRO and Mondelevian Minister for Development noted that "this project will catapult Moly-Boronia back on the political map and that the citizens can be proud of this country again."
Dietmar Bartsch (LINKE), Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly has stated that the opposition in the National Assembly fully supports MB2030 and the government, saying that "this administration is on the best way to bring a glorious future to this country and that we will support them on this journey". |

 Ingibjörg Egilsdóttir to travel to  Evergreen as part of her presidential tour!
After the August 2018 Sjóborg attack interrupted her presidential tour around the Northern Union and some other countries, Dýrian president Ingibjörg Egilsdóttir has announced that she will continue her state visits, stating that: returning back to normal after a devastating attack is necessary. Life must go on, and with that I am committed to continuing my journey around the world.
President Egilsdóttir accepted a formal invitation from the Everish queen to visit the country on a 2 day trip next week. The president will not only be visiting Crystalfall, but she will also be visiting other regions of the country, especially those where the Dýrian diaspora is located. She will travel to Crystalfall after her visit to Prunia next week.
Dýrian - Everish relations have always been friendly and warm, with the two countries working together on various projects, such as the opening of the Everish Language Academy in Dyflinnjaborg, and the Office for Dýrian Culture in Crystalfall. Not to mention that both countries also have a considerable amount of trade between each other.
President Egilsdóttir hopes that the meeting will improve ties between the two countries even more and will be looking to maintain the Casanova Accords, which were signed in 2017, named after two legendary singers in each country, Vérité and Allie X, and their song Casanova.
President Egilsdóttir is also set to visit the following countries as well before the end of 2018:

 Golden Land
 Flírskmasto
Orangina
 Scandavia
 Ruyjin Republic
She has however stated that she will be visiting the newer NU members at a later point, to allow their countries to grow. Despite the president not visiting these countries, the Dýrian government has announced plans to officially establish diplomatic ties with these countries and open embassies.
If you want your head of state to visit Dýria too btw, let me know! While our president will visit some countries, she can't visit all of them, so don't hesitate if you want your heads of state to visit xoxo

Current Lanovian Opinion PollsL3ACC • Election polls • Corzazjan-Torlova Conflict Since the launch of   L3ACC, the Lanovian Research Centre for Public Opinions (LRCPO) conducted and published opinion polls on the L3ACC alliance, measuring how the public thinks about the cooperation. It also published other polls, which you can all see below Polls about L3ACC  The first poll shows an overwhelming support for L3ACC, with 72% of participants answering "yes" to the question. The second poll shows where exactly this support comes from and reveals, that party supporters of the Green, Left and Social-Democratic party respectively show an above average support for the alliance. With 71%, the Centrist supporters are around the average of all supporters while the Liberal and Conservative supporters express a lot less approval for the alliance than the other major parties, with the conservatives even scoring less than 50%. Researchers explain this outcome with the different ideologies that come with the support of a specific party. Supporters of the three left of centre parties, especially of the green party, display a higher concern about climate change and policies and a less negative opinion about Achróa than the rest. Liberal and Conservative supporters are more divided due to believing the alliance is not necessary and combining that attitude with a disapproval of working together with Achróa, a potential enemy of Lanovina. Nevertheless, 44% and 53% are relatively high rates respectively, as both parties also display a large amount of voters that are undecided about the issue. Chancellor Approval & General Election Polls  In the first poll the approval rating for Chancellor Helga Stoll-Escherpes is shown since the general election in July 2017. While the approval rating has been decreasing since the election, starting at 72% and reaching 55% in July 2018, L3ACC as well as the aftermath of the state elections in August have resulted into an increase of favorable opinions about the chancellor. As of October 2018, 64% of people approve of her work as chancellor. As a result of that, you can see in the second poll that the Green Party managed to rise in the election polls again, after a low in the previous months. Due to the public's approval of L3ACC and the CCU's rejection of the alliance, the Greens were able to reclaim first place in the polls with currently 32.8% (+3.3% since September) while the conservatives plummeted from 33.5% in May to 27.2% in October. It is also visible that the TSL has been stably scoring slightly above 15% in the last months, the SDL slightly decreased since the election and would not enter the parliament with the current voting share, while the CLP remains stable around 5%. The Pirate Party as well as the new ACP show increased support since the election, however, the PP suffered losses due to the Greens regaining support. Polls about Achróa   As shown in the first poll, the Lanovian public heavily disapproves of the Achróan outrage following the announcement of L3ACC. Not only the people but also several politicians have spoken out about the negative reaction of the Achróan Public. Elisa Grumström (Green), president of the state of Ålingen and the 2018 president of the Bundesrat, which represents all 13 Lanovian states, said that the disapproval coming from Achróa is "ridiculous" because both countries "should focus on the essence of the alliance, which is the fight against climate change, instead of being petty and prejudiced". Polls about the asylum deal which has been requested by the Achróan president show a rather divided public. Researchers explain the public's rejection of an asylum deal that only includes the two nations with the fear of tension between the Lanovian people and the high number of possible Achróais refugees, as well as likely problems regarding funding for the "rescue project" and integration into the society. A majority of people would however support the deal if the whole  Northern Union would help taking over the refugees, since that way Lanovina would not give refuge to a whole nation and would therefore decrease possible problems. Polls about the   Corzazi-Torlovan conflict The last poll that was published shows the public's opinion about the Corzazi-Torlovan conflict. As you can see above, the vast majority of participants stated support for neither country, which can be explained by a) Lanovina not being involved or affected by the conflict, which therefore results in low interest by the public and b) the public perceiving neither country to be in the right. Out of the people who do support one side, the majority seems to side with Corzazjan and only a minority agrees with Torlova. |

Wyvish Races in Tattenham to take place soon...The annual Wyvish Races, an annual event of national importance, will take place this Saturday on October 27. But just what are the Wyvish Races?
All began in 1909, when King John IX came to visit Great Tattenham Derby following its inaugural opening. Upon cutting the red ribbon, the King announced for there to be a race at this derby every October. These races will gather Wyvernbourne's strongest steeds and determined jockeys to compete in a race of 9. Tattenham Derby stretches up to 2.5 miles and is home to one of the most celebrated green spaces in Wyvernbourne, the Tattenham Downs. Located in southern Tattenham city, the derby has attracted visitors from all corners of Fantasia from as far as Fordia to as wide as Wraith, as times amassing a viewing crowd of 150,000.
This year is predicted to be Wyvernbourne's largest turnout, with the current monarch, King John XII, and the prime minister, Dorothy Wrythe, attending the races. Security will be extremely tight around Tattenham and neighbouring municipalities to the south of Tattenham, as well as near Great Tattenham Airport. Visitors are encouraged to travel by rail, ending their journey at the stations Tattenham Derby, or Old Tattenham Corner Market. Direct trains will be available at double service on the Northerbourne Network railway lines, with special services running to Great Tattenham Square from Elmer's Bay, Roxelles, Belvita and Brockhampton.

Creating a better life experience for the many Frootish
has been on top of the priorities of the government led by Aniyá Delanes

being previously dismissed and called a hateful nation upon its poor
and conflicted population. However, with the new socialist-led policies,
the nation's balance in wealth and thus focus on helping the ones in
need has been marked as a high priority. Last month only, we were
able to report an increase in happiness - this takes it even further, with
ensuring this happiness is kept safeguard in our country.
At the opening ceremony, many artists and advocates against war such as
 Adna, Soap&Skin, London Grammar,  Cœur de Pirate and
 Lady Gaga were present among many who dared to speak against the cruel events
happening in the world, hinting at the catastrophes committed by both Torlova
and Corzazjan alike.
Mental affections such as post-traumatic stress disorder have great acknowledgement and
respect in the nation, making therapy and social re-establishment fairly comfortable for these survivors.

New talent show in  De Vremdspongeln Due to high request from the viewers, the management of the country's most viewed public channel, De Vremd 1 decided to buy the rights of the talent show Rising Star. This means from January on, the new talent show will begin its airing to find the best local talent in the country.
You may wonder, why is it necessary to launch a new show when Vremd-Factor is already on and successful. The answer is very simple: People wanted a new format. Rising Star is a totally different thing from Vremd-Factor. In this show, you can easily follow how the audience and the juries vote, because they vote live at the same time, and the excitement is on until the very last moment of each song. Singers do not have a specific mentor and they do not have to follow weekly themes like in Vremd-Factor. In addition, they can sing their original music too, making the new show also a place to showcase and promote your own music.
