1 point. And ofc it's from Aless Great winner. My So close Better luck next time I found this while researching for 50 States of Song. I thought it was from Alaska because of another band with a very similar name (Divides) and style. This contest is really making me question how it took so long for Finland to finish top 5 in ESC

6 points not bad. After the first few voters I thought I would go home with nul points. Also thanks to Germany for 90% of my points. Great winner

This edition was really strong and I imagine that giving points to only three songs was a hard choice so winning with five is amazing! Thank you for your votes! See you in Oslo then! (the city where Norway hosted the ESC contest for the second time in 1996) Some comments on songs from other countries: Rozeanne was on my shortlist when I drew Netherlands. Pretty voice and even if there is no music video with it, we can imagine it. It wasn't on my list when I drew Finland... because I didn't find it! I didn't know her, interesting for my future selections for OESC... Solid entry but they were so many good original songs that I guess they had priority on it. Another interesting discovery. I had found a bunch of English rock bands, but hadn't noticed her. The comeback of Lina after I used her on first edition... One of the strongest recent French songs. After Nâdiya, Amel Bent made a great comeback this year.
