Welcome to the allocation draw thread! The number of participants for this edition is 52 countries.
- FIRST semi-final is going to have 23 countries, Ukraine,
Sweden and 
Costa Rica are going to vote here. - SECOND semi-final is also going to have 23 countries, and here
