Confirmation is now ClosedOnly 8 Countries will fly to  China but unfortunately Cedric , Hip Lisa , and vinzzz were are not Confirmed.
therefore Cedric will receive Strike 1 and Hip Lisa will receive Strike 2.
Unfortunately vinzzz will receive Strike 3 which is means 1 Edition Ban.
Vietnam is now free country and will be place under the next draw.
