It's GEZZA for Luxembourg's debut with Shoes Off!
On 29 September 2018, RTL confirmed that the runner-up of Wéi Eng? and fourth-place NVSC alumni GEZZA would represent Luxembourg in its debut in OGAN. RTL can now reiterate this motion, along with the announcement that she will present the nation's votes in the North Vision Song Contest 26.

 OGAN Norway, the host club, announced that Elsa & Emilie will represent the country with the song "The Drowning". The duo came 5th in the national selection which stops the tradition of usually selecting the DNS runner-up.

 OGAN Ukraine confirms that Svetlana Loboda was chosen to represent us in the OGAN Second Chance Contest with her song "Superstar" which placed  2nd in PNV, right behind "Polyusy".
