THANK YOU.Honestly, I have no words to describe this great feeling of making Georgia qualify once again. I was completely shocked to see my entry being announced as one of the qualifiers. That means so much to me, especially when "Marie" is definitely my favourite song of mine in this contest. All the predictions and odds were not in my favor so this achievement tastes even better. Being able to scream with excitement after making it to the final once again makes me totally thrilled. Bless you sf2 voters, you have my deepest appreciation.
Now I have to start with mentioning some robberies.
 I don't even know where to start with this one. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for delivering us this masterpiece. It was my personal definition of the beauty of music. I am fairly certain "An Ode to Music" is the only song this edition that touched me. And then, as soon as I saw it being eliminated, my heart froze over. Keep up the good work, Alex. Hopefully you will go far with Montenegro in your next participations as you totally deserve it.
 One of the best Danish entries ever sent to the contests and it is not qualifying... It came as a very nasty surprise. Deserved much more.
 This is not a surprise obviously, but I listened to this song a lot some time ago so it was a nice throwback. Hopefully you have escaped the PQR at least.
 I couldn't believe my eyes, that "No Shapes" hadn't qualified. It is really painful to see that it had to be this song which broke the streak of successful results for the country.
 At first I did not like "Bad Behavior" at all and was rather rooting for "Bloodstream" to win in their national selection but now after more listenings I enjoy it a lot. For me Russia stood a good chance of qualifying further.
I would have never expected to see Algeria  and Moldova qualifying. Nonetheless, big congratulations to you both for reaching the final! Same goes for Lithuania, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Armenia. Pumped up to welcome the users who qualified for the first time in the final. 
 I was so cheering for you when the last country left to be announced and seeing you qualifying was a relief. Congratulations on such a good debut.
 Y E S. Grand final is exactly the place where "Crne oči" should belong. Well-conceived choice! Pleased to finally see you back in the game.
 I wish Greece could achieve a similar result like in the odds as the song deserves it so much. Ellada delivering another outstanding song, hopefully it will continue in the future.

     All of them are great and deserved to qualify for sure. The results of this semi-final are almost perfect. If only Montenegro (!!!) and Denmark had not been eliminated. 
Now I am really looking forward to see my lovely Georgia in the recap once more. Again, I am eternally grateful for that qualification. One thing I'm sure of, it is going to be such a good final. Let this edition continue to slay. Best of luck to all the finalists and better luck next time to the ones who did not make it. |

BH! I am extremely happy and glad that people appreciated this song however mediocre the placing was in the odds (not that they are very accurate or relevant for the results). This is indeed a great debut and I was 50/50 when I saw that the country would perform in 02! Just great!
