The failure to qualify to the final round is not a big surprise for me, but I must state that this is one of the editions whose results I very much disagree with. To start with, this is how I voted in the semi-final round:   Armenia   UK   Canada   Slovakia   Greece I hoped for a successful result for  Azerbaijan,  the UK,  Armenia and  Kyrgyzstan in the second chance round and we all could not advance to the next round. Moreover, I really dislike other semi-finals' results as well. (In particular, I find  Ethiopia,  Croatia,  Iran and  Russia underrated) I think there is only one song left that I like. Usually, many of the songs I vote for are the ones I consider "average", and this time in the Grand Final I will have a very hard time with voting as except 3-4 songs I dislike everything else. |

How do you even song contest then I think I have stated in the past as well that the main reason of my participation is that the contest has become very precious for me after many years of involvement. If it was for my music taste, I would perhaps withdraw many editions ago. (I follow Eurovision Song Contest based on the same logic) I do not think I am obliged to like musical genres that are popular here. I have also expressed my opinions in a respectful manner. Good luck in the final |
