What do we currently know about the selection process of:

Ireland
Uk
Switzerland
San Marino
Cyprus
Azerbaijan
Russia


Also Poland and Croatia are hosting another Ns, right?

Ireland revealed their staging director, who then later said that the country will be represented by an "LGBT act" and that the song is "on par with Euphoria" which I have trouble believing considering their latest record of entries
UK has yet to really reveal anything atm, though fans like to speculate about who it will be whenever some British singer "has something to reveal in the coming days"
Switzerland hasn't revealed much, except that we'll get to know the Swiss act on the 4th of March
San Marino has been very quiet lately, except that some people have put some form of attention to a "San Marino 2021" account (which I am pretty sure is a parody account???)
Marvin Dietmann was announced as the stage director, Alfie Arcuri was revealed as a contributor of the song, and the title was revealed to be "Running". Nothing about the release date, however.
rumours have lately been spreading on four acts which have been shortlisted, but one of the acts have revealed that they haven't been contacted at all, so those are most likely false
same situation as Azerbaijan. Five acts was revealed to be "shortlisted", but one of them revealed that they had not been contacted at all, so trust them with a pinch of salt.

as for Poland and Croatia,

Poland is still undergoing their selection process, and the song who the winner will perform will be revealed on the same night the act is being selected, but there's apparently been some changes mid-through the selection, so idk if what I have said still stands or not
will kick off on the 29th of February, but it's been quiet from them since the reveal of the participating acts, because HRT seems to think it's more important to showcase small clips of each act explaining why they should win, instead of actually revealing the participating songs (which they've also said that they will not reveal before the show, which is a dumb decision, but w/e, you do you HRT).

and that's about it, iirc.

all the other countries have either already showcased their act, revealed a date for the song, or have their selection in progress.
as for some recent news:

North Macedonia have revealed their song title to be "You"
the release date for the song is set to be revealed on the 17th of February (aka in 2 days)
information have been spread that the song will be revealed on the 4th of March (which idk if it's true, but sounds plausible anyways)
Victoria is still deciding between two songs (one being a commercial-friendly, and the other being more emotional)

it's still a question mark on when the songs from North Macedonia, Cyprus, Greece, Georgia or Netherlands will be released, but they'll probably be revealed in due date
