Malta. For those who are wondering, she apparently has no connection with Emma Muscat. She participated 10 consecutive times to the Maltese selections for Eurovision between 2008 and 2017 with 12 different songs. Unfortunately for her, it never worked. Apparently, they didn't like her... Really not... In 2018, she finally decided to change her strategy and applied to the San Marinese selections. One of her three songs was chosen and she represented 
Jennifer Brening.
