It's unlikely I'm gonna say yes for this. Then I feel it's only allowed to have them, if they can borrow from neighbour counties of  Sweden.  Blekinge or  Kalmar County > Oland Sรถdermanland or  รstergรถtland County > GotlandAstounding Song Contest does this way too  |
