Then I agree with Rick.  Faroe Islands (as well as  Kosovo) could still participate though but with an artist having roots or who actually came from there (just like in ISC).  |

I know that Faroe Islands has quite a rich music industry! Do you remember that I did a Faroese NS for  OVSC #34? I only allowed the people to send artists with Faroese origin/ancestry. Its conditions weren't used, as the OVSC was closed, when #33 ended. |

Well Liev, I'd honestly allow only:  Faroe Islands Andorra San Marino Puerto Rico Taiwan
I don't know if  Hong Kong should be as well allowed but I don't think so... No  Vatican City.. it's just ridiculous.. Also, I'd be more strict with artists taking part for stranger countries. He/she should be at least 50% native from there (by one parent at least) , or at least born there. I got no problems in  Kosovar participation too, there's just the status problem for Kosovo  |

As in the case of  HK, however, I think they could still participate 'cause they have artists and songs on their own. |

I really agree with Rick. I don't like having all these territories cause they mostly participate when their main countries are taken and they participate for just 2-3 editions. Oh well, I don't know. |
