^ *2nd time I didn't remember any entries except  Me Gusta (by coincidence obvs). Its actual win is not surprising me too much. But I didn't see such a gap coming.  Congrats to the winner in that case.  Lol Belgium what a surprise why? |

It’s actually the second time when ROW wins the contest, because I remember I organized one edition together with Julian when Italy won as RoW somewhere in the 15-16th edition  Amazing winner and great runner-up btw |
