  JBH Confirms its participation in Niolskiaj! JBH can officially confirm that Jarea will be present in Fantasia Contest #18! After the nations 3rd place last edition, the country will be autoqualified to the grand final, thus JBH has decided to continue participating after a good run of results since #16. No details are currently known about the entry or artist representing Jarea. |

 CORZAZJAN CONFIRMS!Corzazi Head of Delegation Yens Remzi just confirmed during an hour lasting press conference, that Corzazjan will be present at the upcoming Fantasia Contest, wherever it might be held. The HoD was pleasently surprised after YONAKA qualified to the grand final giving the country it's second best result.
Due to internal changes within the broadcasting company, they opted to go for an internal selection.
The entrant is supposed to be revealed in a matter of days.
Corzazjan has participated a total of six times since their debut in the eleventh edition of the contest. Their debut edition is still their most succesfull edition, with nobody other than Amanda Delara reaching the ninth place in the grand final. The country has since then been robbed several times most noticably during the twelveth and sixteenth edition of the contest. Our representative will be none other than...NATASSA BOFILIOU!
She will perform "En Lefko" (In White) in  Niolskiaj, marking the first time that we send an entry in our native language.

 De Vremdspongeln will withdraw from the 18th edition!
After a 14th place finish in the Semi-Final with our song Oomph, the whole Fantasian crowd was devastated and the delegation could not state a valid reason regarding our non-qualification. Laura Trocknens, Vremd HoD said that the delegation made "everything they could to make a spectacular performance", but "sadly it wasn't appreciated in the contest".
Following the recent discussions, De Vremd 1 can now officially reveal that based on an agreement between the broadcaster and the delegation, the country will not be present in the upcoming edition. No further explanations were added to the statement, and so far none of the parties spoke out about the decision.
Vremd fans are absolutely gutted about how things went, but the majority of the fans agreed that a break could be useful for our country.
The country wishes the absolute best of luck to the competing countries and singers.
so yeah, real reasons for the withdraw
so basically I just started university, it's really busy at the moment and I also joined a student association, which will take even more of my free time.
Besides that, I also felt like these last few editions were not really my cup of tea musically, and I lost my interest a little bit, which also explains my late votes in the previous editions.
Please note that this is not a hateful comment towards anyone, it's just how I feel currently and I hope you all can respect it. I'm not ruling out a comeback in the future, but for now it seems quite uncertain.
On the other hand, if I'll have the time, I'll try to follow at least the Finals, and if my mindset will change and I'll find my place in this contest again, I can imagine myself returning to Fantasia Contest.
